| Along with the fast development of automobile
industry, each study center of automobile manufacturer and
academy assume more and more jobs about study or experiment,
it is always needed measuring, recording and analysis to temperature
and pressure when automobile is running. For the limited roomage
and complex interfere, in particular, some special type vehicle
(cross-country car, armored car, tank) are running in such
bad environment, so the in-vehicle test system should be running
alone without PC, with the characteristic: airproof, dustproof,
linking locked-in, resisting vibration and resisting interfere.
The traditional instruments have the bug: large bulk, single
function, expensive, not flexible using. The QTS-2580 in-vehicle

| The QTS-2580 system consists of LogBook Data
acquisition module, CM4132 RTD conditioning module and CM4232
isolated signal conditioning module. The LogBook is a 16bit,
100kSPS, stand-alone intelligent acquisition module. Its operating
temperature is -40°C ~+60°C, and the shock&vibration specification
is according with MIL-STD-810E. The system operates without
a PC at the test site, or be linked to a PC directly. We use
the CM4132 RTD measurement module for the mass temperature
signals, and the CM4232 Multi-Purpose Isolated Signal Conditioning
Module for the other various signals as such pressure, thermocouple,
voltage, etc. The system uses a special design against the
dust, vibration and noise, for the complex in-vehicle environment.
