| LTM-PDQ system offers a complete turnkey
monitoring solution. The LTM-PDQ system controller seamlessly
connects your laptop or desktop computer to Lance¡¯s unique
1-Wire temperature and humidity sensor network.
The LTM-PDQ controller provides 16 sensor input points
per channel. Each sensor returns either temperature or temperature
and humidity readings. These controllers have 6 to 8 channels
that allow a total of 64 sensor points for the system.
In the PC measurement system, there are four key elements
that form the system:
- PC
- LTM-PDQ Controller
- Cabling System
- Sensor Network
Easy to use software detects all your sensors
and can process your measurement data in a variety of useful
ways:
- Display data graphically or numerically.
- Receive alarm notifications when low
or high limits are reached.
- Log data and generate HTML files or Microsoft
Excel reports.
- Remotely monitor and control the LTM-PDQ
system.
Thermaview software initiates a serials
of serial commands to the LTM-PDQ controller through the
COM port on the PC. Once the LTM-PDQ controller receives
the commands, it transmits those commands to the 1-Wire?*
sensor network. The sensor network receives the commands
and returns the requested information to the LTM-PDQ controller.
The LTM-PDQ controller then sends the data back to the
PC for data analysis and storage.
