The following procedure outlines the process of returning equipment for repair.

An RMA number must be issued to receive service on your product. When requesting an RMA number, the following information must be provided:
- Model and serial number for each unit being returned
- Brief description of the problem for each unit
- Manufacturing date labeled on each unit
- Contract number or contract type and turn time
- Contact and billing address (if different)
- Return shipment address
- Please note: equipment shipped to repair without an RMA number will be delayed in getting processed and may be returned without being serviced.
After receiving the RMA number, place the equipment in its original packaging (or other packaging sufficient to protect the equipment from additional damage), record the RMA number on the address label (as well as the packing slip), and send the package prepaid to:

Upon receiving the equipment, Lancetec will repair the equipment per the flat rate or contracted pricing structure and ship the equipment back to the location specified by you. Service hours for repair of equipment under the terms of this agreement shall be 8:00am to 5:00pm, EST, Monday through Friday, excluding Lancetec recognized holidays and office closings.
